Pawfect Witness™ began in wedding ceremonies by acknowledging animals as part of the family and part of the story. The Wedding Community recognizes the people and businesses that help make this inclusion thoughtful, comfortable, and genuine.

An acknowledgement begins with a specific reason: a practice, decision, or story showing how a wedding business considers an animal's comfort, dignity, safety, or meaningful place within the day.
It cannot be purchased. It does not rank vendors or suggest that care can be reduced to a checklist.

This directory begins with the two places where Pawfect Witness™ first took form: our ceremony work at Vancity Officiant and the marriage-first space we created at The Ensora. It will grow gradually through personal experience, trusted recommendations, and private invitations.

Pawfect Witness™ began through Kit Chan and Kevin Leung’s work as wedding officiants at Vancity Officiant. Their ceremonies give animals a meaningful place within the marriage story, whether they are present, acknowledged, or remembered, while allowing their comfort and natural behaviour to remain more important than performance.

Created by Kit and Kevin as a private, minimalist space for Legal Signing Ceremonies and intimate celebrations, The Ensora places the marriage and commitment at the centre of the experience. When an animal is part of a couple’s family, the space and ceremony can thoughtfully make room for their presence, comfort, and place within that commitment.
